Operating Director for supporting Retail and Small and Medium Busines, Member of the Management Board
Ms. Olena Lukyanchuk is the Operating Director for Retail and SME and Deputy Chairman of the Management board. She joined the bank in March 2007. Ms Lukyanchuk has up to 10 years of banking experience. Prior, she was employed as Operations Director of Renaissance Capital Bank (Ukraine). From 2002 to 2005 she worked as Head of Internal Audit and Operational Risk management department at ING Ukraine Bank and prior to that she worked in the Audit and Accounting Department at Arthur Anderson from 1997 to 2002. Ms Lukyanchuk got a degree in external relations management. Member of ACCA
